Dr. Ebony Harpool, MD, MBA, is a highly respected board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over a decade of dedicated experience. For the past 4 ½ years, she has served as a Medical Director in the value-based care model, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the forefront of patient-centered healthcare.

A proud graduate of The Tennessee State University, an esteemed HBCU in Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. Harpool went on to earn her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She further honed her skills during her residency at the Detroit Medical Center. As a lifelong learner, she pursued and achieved a physician executive MBA from the Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, exemplifying her commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Harpool is deeply rooted in her community. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, having served as a past Health Committee Chair in her local graduate chapter. She is also a dedicated member of Jack and Jill of America and her local medical society, continually working to make a positive impact through service and leadership.
